Welcome to FAT ATTACK, a dynamic conditioning series designed to challenge your body and elevate your energy levels.

Each session follows a structured rotation that focuses on strength, core stability, cardio, control, and athletic flow. With a fresh theme for every edition, your training remains engaging and purposeful.

FAT ATTACK enhances functional strength, improves endurance, tones muscles, and hones movement precision. Every station and finisher is guided with intention to maximize your results.

Class Fitness Booking and Cancellation Rules

  • Please make payment at least  48 hours in advance  for confirmation purposes.

  • Please book classes in advance to avoid cancellations and last minute students.

  • Attendance without prior booking will incur 2-credits penalty.

  • Credit will still be deducted for class booked but never attend and without cancellation.

  • Cancellations require at least  2 hours before class without penalty. 

  • Any cancelled classes will be notified via Email & Member Account Notification Center.

  • Members are advised to check it before attending the class.

  • All fees are NON-TRANSFERABLE & NON-REFUNDABLE.
