Salsation is a dance workout that combine elements of salsa, hip hop and other Latin and urban dance styles. It's known for being energetic, fun and expressive, focusing on rhythm and body movement. The choreography often includes hip hop and foot movement from Salsa, alongside hip hop style grooves and beats. It's designed to be both a fitness routine and a way to experienced the joy of dance, improving coordination, flexibility and strength while also providing a good cardio workout. Class Fitness Booking and Cancellation Rules
Please make payment at least 48 hours in advance for confirmation purposes.
Please book classes in advance to avoid cancellations and last minute students.
Attendance without prior booking will incur 2-credits penalty.
Credit will still be deducted for class booked but never attend and without cancellation.
Cancellations require at least 2 hours before class without penalty.
Any cancelled classes will be notified via Email & Me
